Description
Neck guards are part of the compulsory safety equipment worn by speed skaters to protect them from injury during racing and training. If you already have your own shin pads from a sport like ice hockey then feel free to use it instead. However, we strongly recommend using the ones with the bib over the collar type only.
Neck guards are best worn under the skinsuit to prevent them from flicking up when needed most. It also looks better!
What are they for? To protect necks from blades. Crashes happen, skaters get tangled. You get the drift… Must we spell it out?
