Want to try speed skating?

We offer 2 free ‘Have-a-go’ sessions to all prospective* members to… have a go!

Why? Because we know what it’s like to come to the rink, having seen people doing speed skating but not have the opportunity to try it before joining the club. And the rink doesn’t have the specialist equipment to hire out during a public session. It just wouldn’t be safe.

So, if you or someone you know wants to try speed skating, we recommend you contact to book a session where you can come, check it out, ask lots of questions, try on the gear, and try it out a couple of times.

* This does not extend to people with previous speed skating experience or are visiting.
